Website & purchase terms
Terms and conditions
These terms govern access to our website and orders placed with Peptide Therapy Co. Please read them before submitting an order.
Last updated: 11 September 2026
1. Agreement and operator
These terms apply when you access peptidetherapyco.com, create an account or submit an order to Peptide Therapy Co. ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order. A mandatory right or remedy under applicable law prevails over any inconsistent part of these terms.
2. Research-use conditions
Website content is general product and research information only. It is not medical, veterinary, prescribing, dosing or treatment advice, and no therapeutic outcome is promised.
A research-use statement does not itself determine whether a product may lawfully be imported, advertised, possessed, supplied or used. We may request information reasonably required to assess an order and may refuse, place on hold or cancel an order where we cannot verify lawful supply or where regulatory, safety or compliance concerns arise.
3. Customer eligibility and responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. By submitting an order, you represent that:
- the order and intended use are lawful in Australia and in the relevant state or territory;
- you have the qualifications, authority, facilities and procedures reasonably necessary to receive, store, handle and use the materials safely and lawfully;
- you will follow the label, storage, safety and disposal information supplied;
- you will not use or permit use of a product in or on a human or animal; and
- you will not relabel, misrepresent, resell or distribute a product as a medicine, therapeutic good, food, cosmetic or consumer product.
These customer representations do not remove any obligation we have under applicable law.
4. Products, prices and orders
Product information, availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. Images are illustrative and minor non-material differences in packaging, vial, cap, label or presentation may occur. Batch-specific information, including any certificate of analysis, should be checked against the product actually supplied.
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. GST is included or applied where legally required and indicated. Shipping is charged separately and displayed before order submission.
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. We may review stock, payment, shipping and compliance before accepting an order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, whichever occurs first.
If a price, description or availability error is identified, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund any amount received. We may set reasonable quantity limits or decline suspicious, duplicate, resale or otherwise non-compliant orders.
5. Payment by bank transfer
The available payment method is direct bank transfer. Bank instructions are provided through the checkout or order process. Orders remain on hold until cleared funds are received and correctly matched to the order.
You are responsible for using the correct order reference and paying any bank fee charged by your bank. We may cancel an unpaid order after the payment period stated in the order instructions or after giving reasonable notice.
Never send funds to replacement bank details received through an unexpected message. If payment instructions appear to change, contact us through the website before paying.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. Available services, charges, processing, estimated delivery, address responsibilities and problems in transit are governed by our Shipping Policy.
We may delay, decline or cancel supply to a destination where shipping is unavailable or supply would create a legal, regulatory, safety or product-integrity concern.
7. Cancellations, returns and consumer rights
Contact us promptly if you want to cancel or change an order before dispatch. We may agree where processing has not progressed, but cannot guarantee a change.
Because chain of custody and product integrity cannot be verified after dispatch, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted unless we agree otherwise. Do not return any material without contacting us first.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies. You may be entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fail to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
8. Accounts, website use and intellectual property
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You must not interfere with website security, scrape the website without permission, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders or use the website unlawfully.
The website design, brand, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for legitimate personal or internal business evaluation. No other licence is granted.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, prohibited use, use outside label requirements, unauthorised alteration, improper storage or handling, or reliance on website content as medical or therapeutic advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. General terms
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. The terms displayed when you submit an order apply to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
If part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction in Queensland, subject to any non-excludable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
